Robert Sina

Principal

Mr. Sina has been in healthcare real estate development for over sixteen years, focusing primarily on the financial underwriting and associated financing of both acquisition and development projects. While working for DASCO Companies (the predecessor to Sina Companies) and later Lend Lease Healthcare Development, he has coordinated the underwriting, financing and closing of more than 1.5 million square feet of acquisitions and 2.0 million square feet of development projects representing over $1 billion in value. He also sources projects through his industry relationships and is the initial point of contact for all opportunities – determining potential profitability and feasibility.

Mr. Sina is actively involved in all opportunities from inception through closing, including transaction structuring and negotiation. Mr. Sina graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, focusing in Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance.
