Sina Companies is the developer for the Cornerstone East Tower, the medical & professional building set to be built on the NE corner of Cornerstone at Downtown Coral Springs.  There will be approximately 75,000 SF on 6 floors, including some ground floor retail.  We are initially offering spaces in the building for both Sale and Lease. This is a unique opportunity in this market and will be very exciting for future tenants.  We also hope to announce a major medical system as our anchor tenant in the near future, solidifying this as the premier location for outpatient medical services in Coral Springs. Project completion is expected for mid 2023.

Located at the corner of University Drive & West Sample Road; Cornerstone at Downtown Coral Springs is the center of the newly developed and recently designated Coral Springs.
